I got my tickets for Robbie Williams back in December... after a couple of messages last week about my tickets will be posted on the 26th. I woke up this morning with the message that I will get a refund. No explanation... no previous contact no offer for other option.
I had to cancel 2 weeding shoot on the last couple of weeks because of that. That means lot of money I have lost.
Don´t buy anything from them...
