“It's ok if all goes well”

It's ok if all goes well. However as soon as a merchant doesn't honor the deal they don't want to know and are very unhelpful.
It's difficult to claim money back as living social says to get it off the merchant and the merchant says to get it from Living social.
I've just lost £80 on a course that I bought that was later cancelled.
