My husband bought me a piece of luggage for Christmas. I loved the suitcase and didn't plan on returning so why keep the receipt? However, after one use a wheel feel off. I tried to return for another suitcase, but they said I need a receipt. I told them to look up the purchase on the credit card used, like most highly functioning retailers do, but they said they didn't have that capability and there was nothing they could do. What a joke! After looking at all of the reviews for Sierra, I'm not sure how they stay in business. They need to go get some customer service training from Chick-fil-a, Starbucks, Nordstrom's. Even Walmart could teach them a thing or two.

Tip for consumers:
Know Sierra's return policy - it's pretty shady.
