Ordered 9 pairs of shoes a month ago for my upcoming wedding. Paid with PAYPAL and two weeks ago got an email saying payment had been returned. Contacted Karmaloop asking what had happened and they asked for the order number. They had never sent one but I sent them the invoice number from PAYPAL. After 6 emails over the last two weeks I have not received a reply. Payment has not been sent back to my account what I can see. Have tried calling their international service and was on hold for over 20mins, hung up as it cost a fortune to call from Australia. The customer service at this place has been absolutely awful. Seems to me (from reading complaints below) this company does not care about you if you get something on sale or for cheeper than it usually is. I had got a great deal and was very excited that I would save money for my big day but it has turned out a nightmare. I now have no Shoes for my groomsman and it is two weeks till my wedding. If you cant provide for the prices you are advertising don't have sales. Have always heard great things about this site but cant believe they have treated this situation with no care. Very disappointed!
