Looks like my experience was similar to others - horrible. I wish I reviewed the reviews for Custom Throwback Jerseys before ordering from them.
Like many others, what I thought I ordered was not what arrived, and when I tried on several occasions (phone and email) to remedy the situation they never replied.
I took the logical next steps and reported the situation to my credit company. It was only after that they reached out asking "wft?", to which my cc said to not engage.
Now they are able to reach out to me constantly (wow, so their email does work!) but with this (one example of many):
"Your bank has already refunded your payment so the jersey does not belong to you anymore.
You now have to return our jersey to the address we provided you ASAP.
If you do not provide tracking info by this Friday, we will begin legal proceedings against you.
CTJ"
AND
"At this point who cares what your issue(s) is... JUST RETURN OUR JERSEY"
