Seek another service (transcripts) as ND-Center will fail to deliver agreed upon products. Customer service is active during pre-transaction. However, they do not respond post-transaction. READ BELOW!
When ordering transcript and through correspondences, I requested an electronic version instead of a physical copy. Customer service acknowledged and agreed to supply an efile. However, I was mailed a paper transcript. When I contacted customer service they acknowledged the error. They then asserted that they could not produce a efile. Thereafter, I requested a efile be produced as agreed. They did not reply thus ignoring my attempts for the correct product.
When ND-Center was conducting my transaction, customer service was proactive and responded to my questions or concerns. Once the failed product was reported they did not reply
