After earning $33 and requesting a pre paid visa in the mail I never received it. After a month of waiting I contacted InboxDollars and they told me to contact the pre paid card company, who then told me to contact InboxDollars. Emails went back and fourth like this for WEEKS with them telling me to log into my pre paid card account but when you go to the website the only way to log in is with a card number which guess what, someone who has not received their card would not possibly have. I did this to help just a little bit with some extra money when i was fired from my job, I waisted 2 months of time on this site, completed offers just to be forced into subscriptions which charged my account money I did not have and caused issues with my bank. I HIGHLY recommend looking for another website to earn money doing surveys through. Not only do they lead you with false information, their customer service completely sucks and it took them a week to reply to any emails I sent after refusing to help me over the chat. Claiming I was a valued member.

We are so sorry to hear about your frustration regarding your payment that you had requested and had processed on Oct 21st, 2015.
For members requesting a 1st time payment there is a bit of a longer wait vs a Gold Member but as stated in our ticket response to you your payment request was processed as scheduled and an email was sent to you that day to log onto the site to request your payment type.

InboxDollars does not pre-select which Visa option a member will receive but rather rely on the member to make that required selection.

We have more information about Payments and how to order in the support center under Payments. There is also a "how to order a Prepaid Visa" article in addition to the Payment Processed Email with instructions we send each member who had a payment processed.

Our site is voluntary and we do pay members CASH for completing activities that they select to participate in. Members are never required or requested to participate in any of the Cash offers, as this is at the members discretion.

When a member does participate with an advertiser, it is important to read all the terms that an advertiser may have on the offer to avoid any unnecessary charges or fees that an advertiser may charge once you commit to that offer.

Members are always encouraged to only participate in an offer knowing that the relationship with the advertiser is a direct one since InboxDollars is independent of those advertisers.

We were able to locate your inquiry/ticket issued November 4th and we do apologize if our response on that date was not satisfactory but we are always more than willing to try to make this right for you so if we can assist you further please feel free to reach out to our emails and we will do our best to make it right!
