I updated my address in my account information, yet it did not reflect my new delivery address in the order information. Upon checking with their back office, I was asked to email back the correct delivery address. I was befuddled. They have that information at hand since I've already entered it in my account information, why burden me to email it when they can pull it up in their own system? I realize I was giving this inferior online site not only my business, but too much of my personal time. I had my order canceled. They willingly did.
