As dreading my second order has been cancelled as the item wasn't available anymore from the store Raffaello is using! The Gucci jumper became available at a lower price for Black Friday, and is still listed in other size! It is from this winter collection! Not from past year and shouldn't be hard to found. Raffaello if you don't have it don't list it! Enough with your pity excuses. So disappointed as I could have got it from other online store at that time.

Tip for consumers:
Avoid!! Avoid !! I have placed two order first one on the 15/11. A month later and a good run around from Raffaello, this order has been cancelled as not available anymore. No kidding !! Last spoken the shoes were back ordered and was going to be available soon !!? In the mean time you had £550 in your account. Not a way to do business, and if you don't change your way of dealing with faithful customer , you will loose them. As for my second order, cancelled for the same reason, but ONLY 2 weeks

Dear Britt, we totally understand your feelings and are well aware of this “pot luck” effect. Unfortunately working with boutiques is the best way we have found so far to offer a wide range of Luxury Products. Getting these products is very difficult, trust us, as they are very elective. That’s why the backordering process is sometimes quite long, and unfortunately that’s the case of the 2 orders you mentioned.
