I ordered 4 pairs of boots($150CAD) and they sent me a cheap knock off Gucci scarf. They won't return my money.

“BAD Customer service from Daniel”

They processed a payment without my permission. I asked to have the order canceled and they hung up on me. I called back and asked to have my money returned, as to which they replied they didn't take my payment. They had no record of it. But my bank account had a payment going out for $121 to smartsign. So I called my bank and they are launching an investigation. Hopefully I get my money back.
