My boyfriend helped me purchase a deal on livingsocial. We waited for weeks and we never even received a shipping confirmation but the transaction went through on Paypal. We were busy so we didn't have the time to contact them, but when we finally did, they replied saying that they would send us a redemption code or a follow-up email but they never did.

Basically they took our money and didn't even bother to offer a refund. We don't want a redemption code for WHEN and IF the deal comes back on. We will no longer be purchasing any deals on this site. WHAT A SCAM.

I'm always skeptical about shopping online especially if they don't have an actual store for me to visit but I came across this page on wheretoget.it and on instagram everywhere so they seemed very credible so I gave it a try. I'm so glad I did because this may be one of my favorite stores!

I had a couple of questions regarding sizing and the customer service replied promptly and well in detail. I placed the order and I received it in 2 business days! Talk about great service! It also came with a personalized card and a mini gift. Cute wrapping too! I definitely recommend this site!

I've purchased from here a few times whenever there are sales or free shipping involved. You are allowed to use up to 3 promo codes, no more than this though. But whatever you see online is what you get which is nice. Cause sometimes colors are different online and in person, but what I've ordered so far, they've been spot on.

Once when they were offering secret rewards cards, I was supposed to receive 2 but I never received any for my package so I contacted customer service. They took a couple days to reply to me but they did end up giving me a secret rewards card. But they only gave me one instead of two and when I asked for the second one, she never replied. Also, it expired the day after so that gave me no time to really shop. That's what docked one star from it being a 5.

This review is based on shoes only since this is all that I've ever purchased on this site. Basically, you get way you pay for. The prices on this site aren't dirt cheap, but they're cheaper than most. Why? Because the quality isn't that great. Some flats that I've purchased were really thin material it felt like it could break at any second. Heels were definitely not comfortable. Boots were okay, not painful. If you don't mind your feet smelling and slightly hurting sometimes then go for this site.
