They have not provided an adequate product. Their customer service is trash.
Their customer service is the worst! I have been trying to cancel since January. I agreed to stay through the end of my contract despite my great disdain for this product. I was told in April that my account was canceled when my contract ended. I was just charged $450 and I have literally been begging for someone to call me. My first request was a week ago and I was told an account manager would reach out to me. Nobody had so I reached out again and I was told someone would call me the next day by 12. Due to COVID nobody answers the phone calls I have made and my last email subject was Re: I NEED ASSISTANCE | NINTH REQUEST. They told me they would honor the cancellation I made on 5.28... but that is the completely wrong date. What "Honoring" my 5.28 request means is that it will be reviewed for 30 days, and then there will be another 30 days until my last payment in JULY! I was told by Brian and Tanner that my account was canceled after my final payment. They do not want their clients to be happy they just want your money. I gave them at least 10 opportunities to redeem themselves and change their service and they failed every single time. What I want now is to stop anyone else from wasting their money. I have moved over to Agent Elite... They call me and check on me, they update when I request it, they offer me ideas, their customer service is amazing! And they are a 3rd of the cost!
