I signed up 3 years ago and AS SOON AS I SIGNED UP, I went and found the automatic repayments and cancelled them.

Found out last month that it has been charged 2 YEARS IN A ROW without my knowledge, I messaged the customer service (Aravind-WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH) within 24 hours of the money being taken out of my account. I explained to them which they then replied that I needed PROOF FROM 3 YEARS AGO THAT I CANCELLED THE SERVICE. Which no one thinks a reputable place would steal from you! They have refused to refund me which is absolutely appalling seeing as their service didn't register that I had in fact cancelled the automatic subscription. STAY AWAY DO NOT SIGN UP AS YOU WILL BE STOLEN FROM!
