I would never recommend AthletesOne.com to anyone. Terrible experience. Long story short. Ordered a product in mid August 2015 for $42.91. Money was deducted right away. It's almost October 2015 and still haven't received my product. Reached out to *******@athletesone.com. Never received a response.

Reach out to their social media page and expressed my frustration. I was then belittled. Called names. Curt and rude responses calling me a tough guy and child for simply making a social media post. Manager calls me. Says "sorry" and insists on charging me full price for something I should have received almost 2 months ago. Manager's name is Nick. Terrible experience. I'll be contacting the BBB about their customer service. That is no way to treat a customer who has been waiting 50 days for a product.

Just because a customer is upset and made a post on how they are upset, doesn't mean the company should belittle you and call you names. Never order from AthletesOne. In addition, professional Athletes shouldn't identify themselves with a company like this.
