I purchased a pair of Schutz heels to go with my wedding dress. I order them on 1/12 and they did not come in until the evening of 1/19 which was longer than expected.
When I ordered the shoes, I checked for anywhere that it said that the shoe I was ordering was "final sale". I did not see anywhere that the shoe that I was ordering was "final sale". When I received my package, someone had written in red sharpie - "final sale" - on my receipt. I was shocked because I had no clue and would never have ordered from Fatal Obsessions if I didn't think I could return the shoe. I ordered the smallest size the shoe comes in and it was too big. I called customer service hoping to be able to resolve the issue and was told that I could only exchange. That will not help me considering the smallest size of the shoe is too big. The customer service representative told me that all of their sales were final because the store was closing, yet the site clearly lists a 30 day return policy.
I should have bought the shoes from Revolve Clothing for $80 more. It would be worth it for good customer service and easy returns. I am very dissatisfied and will tell all my friends not to shop at Fatal Obsessions. I know I was ripped off by this. Do NOT shop here!
