To date in August 2016 still waiting for my parts I was contacted by the company telling me that they would send all my parts and call me for updates still nothing I will give all names of the parties that have been lying to me

It looks like you had been working with our parts department between 9/08 - 9/19 to order up the needed replacement parts, but somehow lost communication. We have assumed that you have resolved all issues you had been experiencing.
