This site is a rip off. They fraudulently overcharged me to begin with then had a sister company called Biz shark continue to bill my account long after the contract ended. I am going to sue them for fraud. I would NEVER recommend this company

This company is the biggest rip off on the internet. They hide behind legitimate contracts and clandestinely charge you without authorization to do so. I would NEVER recommend a company that is obviously such a scam

In order for a Spokeo subscription to be created, a user must click on the "Sign Up" button or perform a search and click on the "Get Full Results" button. The user would then be required to enter in a full 16 digit credit or debit card number along with the card's matching security code, cardholder name, card expiration date, card billing zip code, and enter a valid email address that becomes the username associated with the account. Once this information has been entered, the Terms of Use agreement must be checked and agreed to and then the "Purchase" button must be hit. Once these actions are completed and the information is verified as valid and matching, the user must then fill out a brief survey and set an account password to begin using the subscription. Additionally, we provide detailed information regarding exactly how much, and how often a person will be billed on our payment page, as well as in the disclaimer which has to be agreed to before the purchase is processed. This information is also included in the confirmation receipt sent immediately after payment, as well as in our Terms of Use. Please feel free to contact us should you have any questions or concerns.

Thank you for your comment. I'm very sorry for the inconvenience this has caused you. The Bizshark service you are referring to is an optional 30-day trial which is advertised on our website. This service does require acceptance of their terms through a two step process, which is stated on that advertisement page. There is also an option to say no thanks and skip this optional add-on. Again, I apologize if this was unclear in any way.
