I used this site and was under the impression that it was a 30 day trial as well and was taken by surprise to see almost $40 dollars taken from my bank account with not even an email with some notice or anything. Due to the amount of reviews I've seen from just today this site should look into sending out perhaps a warning email to the one you provide when signing up. The site wasn't even too helpful for me I couldn't send the template of my email even after I had paid for the trial.

I’m very sorry that you have had this experience with our service. The subscription that you purchased is a 14 day full access for $1.95 that auto-renews at $39.80 on the 15th day, billed every 4 weeks. We state this on every page in the purchase process and we send payment confirmation email stating the date and amount of the auto- renewal. We do offer several ways to cancel including by phone, live chat, email and self-cancellation in your Account Settings if service is no longer needed.
Our record shows that you self-cancelled your account and we refunded the $39.80 on September 23. I sincerely apologize if you encounter an email issue. I sent you copies of your resume in PDF and Word format to the email address listed on file.
