I never got what I paid for due to security reasons (the custom office sent the phone back to the Sender due to security reasons).
It,, never'' reached them back and they just offered 70% refund in TD points!
I kept writing to them almost every week for about 3 months. Finally, they got bored and refunded 80% in cash.
In the end, they are a huge liars and they should have refunded me the same day when I proved that I haven't received the item.
Keep as far as possible from them if you want to save your nerves
