My original review stated I was waiting for 2 months. That was an error on my part, at the time I wrote that review it was actually 6 months waiting for refund. Finally in January 2019 I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. The BBB contacted this company and that same day I was issued a refund. Pretty pathetic that I waited 7 months for a refund and had to file a complaint to get my money back.
I have been waiting for a refund from them for almost 2 months. First they said they never received my returned items. I emailed proof they received it then was told they will process my refund. Still waiting.
