I' ve been member for a few months, I'm 59. Definetly thare are a high number of "professionals"here, some tell you straight away their price, particularly the russians and ukrainians already living in Turkey, romanians particularly the younger ones are 80% scams, they will tell you about their "problems"right from the beginning and then ask you if you can "help"them... they are "willing to come and visit you,( I live in Ankara) but they don't have no passport ( ha ha a travelgirl withouth travel documents, it says everything!)
If you send them the 100 Euro to do it they will ask you for more and then. Bye bye. You never hear from them again. Happened to me twice, but what the hell, it's a calculated risk. On the other side not all are ike this, I met quite a few who came to Ankara and apart fro airfare and restaurant visits, never had any other expense with them and neither asked anyting., my tipp: if they have no passport, forget about them, they are scams, buy an airfare only after you chatted with them on skype, let you show you the pics page of their passports... the rest is written in the stars, good luck to everybody!
P. S: despite the site being really expensive and everything else, I'm still member..
