I want to give this company no stars but that is not an option. This company is nothing but a sham. Their website shows they are recommended by very well known bridal companies and continually scrolls glowing customer reviews but it is all fake. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY. I placed an order via phone and the man I talked to was VERY rude. He said he would not guarantee delivery since my home address (lived there for years) was not coming up on his computer. When I tried to cancel the order less than 10 minutes later he refused and would not give me his name or his supervisor. He kept saying he was the only supervisor and would not assist me. I have filed complaints with the BBB and my bank regarding this company.
