After ordering an XL coat, when I wear a U.S. size 10-12, I received 2 months later a Jacket of hip length rather than knee length Coat as pictured on their website.
Not only was the length wrong but so was the size. The size was equivalent to a U.S. Jr. 7-9
When asked for exchange for larger size I had to actually twice send "actual photographs" of me wearing the jacket because the first photos only showed shoulders to bottom of coat. Was asked to send full head to toe photo, UPC, actual measurements of the sleeves, hips, and bust, for the jacket and myself.
After four emails and sending all requested info, I was told that they would only exchange it if I paid the return postage or they would give me $3.50 for a $25 dollar jacket and some strange amount of points.
Return postage would have been $23.00 worth it? Absolutely not.
I was then actually told that I should have read the size chart correctly and buy the right size.!.
The website had clearly indicated that XL was equal U. S> sizes 12-14... which is why I thought that it was better to order too big rather than too small.
Now I have a jacket that would fit a U. S> size 7-9 teen and know no one that it would fit.
What is this company doing with this many complaints on this site alone and still they are not providing adequate service and quality of products and honest advertising?... upon...
