Either way, if you purchase it online, and return it, make sure to check your CC statement for the refund transaction.
The customer service team will go for days, without giving you a legitimate answer to your refund inquiry, as if you are speaking Chinese, no offense.
Only after I submitted a dispute with my Amex, I received an email with some nonsense excuse, why the refund has not been issued, after two weeks of receiving the returned package.
BSing your customers from the start is not a good look for a growing business, considering the product is not that great either.
