Contacted customer service and was connected with Jordon. She was extremely knowledgeable and efficient with the issue. Looked it up and immediately took care of business. The items I had purchased were no longer available so I was given a full refund. She also offered a discount coupon for my next purchase! Jordon was very professional and went above and beyond.
