This site is locate in Vancover and if one uses a debit card there will be international charges. The people sent me a screen with one of the wires too short and when I hooked up out of the case it did not sync with my video card. I sent it back for a refund to which they tested their screen and said it worked fine. My system has several types of lcds, theirs just did work. I asked about my refund they said it would be 3-5 days before they returned my money. When sending unit back there are charges incurred and paper work that has to be included for shipping outside U.S. Their site is slow and all correspondence has to go through the site. No direct emails except to notify one that there is something to read at thier site. It has taken almost three weeks to get done that which if I used a US site would have been done in half the time. I will not use again, ever.
