Purchased through this company for a used transmission in 2018. Transmission stopped working after 5 months of use. Asked company for a refund based on warranty but customer service is AWFUL. Company originally agreed to replace with diagnostic but when I called back they went back on there word. STAY AWAY!

“Agree... shipped late, broken trans and didn’t stand behind the part or warranty. One year and counting in Jacksonville small claims court. Good luck trying to find Scott to serve him papers. What a joke.”
