I recently purchased charms for my Pandora bracelet which were unlike any I have seen elsewhere. I sent them the wrong photos which they corrected for me at no expense. They were quick to answer questions, quick to reprocess my order and quick to ship them to me. I recommend them for a good customer service attitude and a unique product.

I purchased two wigs from DressLily. I chose the slow shipping but was amazed when one wig arrived very quickly. The second wig was charged to me but never mentioned again. It evidently has not been shipped (that's a good thing. I just want my money back) The wig that did arrive has no styIe, is too large and is not the color I thought I was getting. I have filed a request several times for a return address to send it back, as their guarantee states one can do if done within 30 days.It has been a week and nothing has happened. No reply of any kind. There is no telephone/email listed. One must use their online form which they have evidently ignored. I hardily recommend that everyone stay away from this company.

Tip for consumers:
It has been months since the original review that I posted and DressLily has done nothing to rectify the problem. I just need a return address in China and they will not send it. I checked and can mail it back cheaper than I can accept their $12 refund on a $66 order. They have deliberately, I believe, waited past the thirty day deadline to answer so that they don't have to do anything. Boo! Hiss! They stink!
