I purchased two wigs from DressLily. I chose the slow shipping but was amazed when one wig arrived very quickly. The second wig was charged to me but never mentioned again. It evidently has not been shipped (that's a good thing. I just want my money back) The wig that did arrive has no styIe, is too large and is not the color I thought I was getting. I have filed a request several times for a return address to send it back, as their guarantee states one can do if done within 30 days.It has been a week and nothing has happened. No reply of any kind. There is no telephone/email listed. One must use their online form which they have evidently ignored. I hardily recommend that everyone stay away from this company.
