I order a backpack for my grand daughter. My account was charged, then I received an email stating the backpack wasn't available. I did receive a refund less a processing fee. I question the fee and was told it was non refundable. I emailed them again asking why I should have to pay a processing fee when they could fulfill the order and no response. They also don't answer the phone.

Tip for consumers:
After posting a negative review I recieved a response immediately and was told my full refund is being processed. I did receive another bag from Wanelo, just not the one I originally wanted.
