Kaaum is not a very customer service friendly company. I purchased sneakers and sunglasses. Sneakers are ok but sunglasses came defected and when I ask for replacement or refund, they never got around to it. Emailed over and over. Customer service rep. Serena ignored my request to get my replacement glasses or refund. I sent pictures and had to help them find me with receipt. The product was defected. The lens pops out. Your could actually see gap that lens doesn't fit properly. They need to pay back the money they are stealing by not refunding customers and not replying to their emails.
