If I could give them a zero, I would! I placed an order for a car detailing. My credit card was charged but the order kept showing as pending. I called Customer Service and the wait time was 40-50 minutes. I emailed customer service. The agent told me what to do to solve the problem. I did it and nothing changed. I tried to live chat with an agent, I was number 30 in the queue. I waited, the agent kept giving me scripted answers to just make me go away, he finally disconnected me. I waited again for another agent who did the same thing. I waited again and got an agent who basically told me the same thing... nobody there could help me and I could wait another 24-48 hours and then contact them again. TOTAL BS! Groupon should not be selling a product they cannot support!
