I called in to talk to a representative about my client's account. I was experiencing a technical issue. Instead of offering any sort of assistance, she said she couldn't help and hung up on me! Seriously?! You didn't even take the time to solve the issue I was having. That's the first problem. The second problem was that you ended the phone call on your terms, without helping the customer. How do you call that customer service? I'm very disappointed in the way this was handled.
