Ordered flowers 2/12… "satisfaction guaranteed" … right … were supposed to be here by 6:00 2/14 … nothing. No call no email notta.
On hold for what seemed hours on 2/14, finally got thru 2/15 in the afternoon- woman was very difficulty to understand to say the least, then offered me a 25% refund. Absolutely unacceptable… paid thru PayPal and they made it right … lesson learned go thru your local flower shop!
