They charged my credit card an extra $150 above the advertised price. Nobody answers any of the phone numbers provided on their website.

Besides being dishonest, their prices are more expensive than other companies. It's cheaper to go elsewhere.

I moved countries and tried to update my shop and ship details. Customer support kept closing my tickets without doing anything, after a week they just cancelled my account apparently to stop me raising any new tickets. I can't create a new account because their system says my email is associated with an existing account.
