I ordered a product on Dec 27th and it came just fine on Jan 4th. With the points I accumulated with the order, I placed another order on Dec 28th. Not only did they lose this order, two different customer service reps gave me two different stories. After asking for a manager, I was told I had to call the helpline. I did and started to tell the new person, who barely spoke english, about what had happened and he just said the order hadn't hit my credit card. I said, "yes, but the points were taken from my account for the order and were not put back on. I would like the points back." He asked for my order number AGAIN and I said, "ok, I just told it to you but here it is.ACA...*click*". POS customer service hung up on me! Don't ever shop with these disrespectful idiots.
