This is one of those websites that lures you in with a simple low fee, and then deceptively charges you a whooping 40 bucks without sending you an email notifying anything sort of transaction. This kind of business practice is unacceptable.
Additionally, when I contacted live chat for support, the operator, known as "Ran", was EXTREMELY rude and unhelpful. Absolutely awed in his or her level of unprofessionalism as a customer service rep. There was nothing but arguments and a refusal to see the facts as they present themselves.
Stay FAR FAR away from this website. There are much better options out there, but this one is akin to that of a scam site.

I’m very sorry that you have had this experience with our site and you did not have the best customer service experience. Rest assured that this will be taken care of. All of our subscriptions are auto-renewing. We state this on every page in the purchase process and we send a payment confirmation email stating the date and amount of the auto- renewal upon purchase. We do offer several ways to cancel including by phone, live chat, email and self-cancellation in your Account Settings.
