They are pirates. Stay away from this company!
I paid for a reservation that I had to change for reasons of force majeure. I discussed the change with the owner and she had no problems with this. After the change we had to cancel the trip and Uniplaces does not want to return the money as a deposit to the owner or me. They want to keep the 1600 euros that I paid without giving me anything as a refund, not even to the owner of the apartment that we wanted to rent.

We appreciate you making us aware of your feedback, however allow us to clarify that when a cancellation occurs from your side, it's not possible to apply a different cancellation policy from the one selected in the booking.
