I did everything TBDress asked me to do in order to get a refund on a dress I purchased that did not fit and the color was wrong I took photos of the dress in HD and emailed TBDress three times, and still they will not respond to my emails. I am just asking for a refund, but at this point I would be happy with an exchange for the same value I paid of almost $100.00 for something else. I don't know what to do other than contact consumer affairs and the BBB now.
