I love shopping at fashion nova. The quality of the merchandise is amazing. I ordered a top in extra large and I got an email from fashion Nova stating that the blouse has sold out and we will refund you your money.
Therefore, I went back to the site and just ordered another size. A few days later I get both tops, I explained to Fashion Nova that I want a store credit since they don't give refunds. After the third time explaining their mistake, I get the same responses from AI customer service. There is no way that a human cannot solve this problem that they created. I will no longer want to shop at fashion nova.
Tip for consumers:
They should let people know which items are not returnable for exchange or refund. I had so much credit just sitting in my fashion nova account that I did not know about. Fashion nova is not clear about the returns upfront.
