I have already pay full amount for a mobile which cost USD 166.99 on 1/09/2015 and today it 21/09/2015, they have not yet ship it out.
The status of my product is till processing. (EEP*******537****)
I have made several complaint but nothing has been done and more the mobile is for a relative in France which i want to give as gift for his birthday.
But the mobile is still processing.
The page did not even mention anything, when 1 was buying saying that it will take more time that it was suppose, that why it annoyed me more.
Bad site.

Can someone please help me!
Its been already two weeks that i'm getting problem with my account.
When i enter my password the system say that it's incorrect but when i click forget password, the system send me and email, i click on it and try to change the password again, then they ask me to put my credit card number.
So when i click continue the system tell them that there is an error, but when check i found that i have insert the card numbers correctly, I phoned in my country bank, but they said to me that they found not issue with my card it's okay, my card status also is okay.
I mentioned it clearly on the email i send to paypal that my email address is working fine, but each time they reply with the same message, change email, change phoned number.
But i want to know where the problem come from?
Can you please help me and fix the problem for me..
