1. Mine will not give voice directions.
2. the screen will not follow me as I travel. I seem to have to push an arrow whenever it goes off screen. I think it is very dangerous to use. Like texting while you drive.
3. The package says to call an 800 # for voice support but when you dial that number you are put into a circle and re-directed to a website where you can get answers. But when plugged in I rarely get an answer llike 'get the gps screen to follow me' or How do I get voice directions. It's really frustrating and a Warning! It says call this number to return but you CAN NOT return if it has been turned on. I emailed them and am waiting for some kind of reply. If I hadn't even opened the box they would charge me 15% and postage to return. So it seems I am stuck with this tomtom which I am fearful to use on the freeway or in heavy traffic. (I got it from tomtom direct and sure wish I would have used amazon as they have such a good return policy. My bad I guess. Costy tho!

These people sure have been good to me. I got a system 4 years ago and just last week Richard Gonzalez came to change the filters. All was well but he was very courteous and explained a lot to me and also checked my soft water tank as a courtesy. Spendy system for the Reverse Osmosis but I am sure glad I got it! No more packing bottles around or filtering in a pitcher!

I wanted to try these sheets after a fb ad. Big mistake. The web page says in the top right corner:
Free Returns & Exchanges Always NOT so. When I got the sheet I didn't like the feel, very rough/course so I was going to send it right back but on the tag (at the bottom of the sheet) it said: wash before using. So I thought maybe I needed to wash it before trying it on my bed. NO WHERE DID IT say on that tag, IF YOU WASH YOU CAN NOT RETURN. After washing it seemed still quite crude and coarse feeling so I emailed as their page requested for instructions to return. The agent said: so sorry but if it has been washed you can not return.(basically read the fine print at the bottom of our page). The ONE sheet cost $90, + shipping. Frankly I did not want a memory of dealing with this deceptive company so I paid $15 and just sent it back to them. I could have torn it up for washing windows but then it would have kept reminding me of getting snookered. These are not the sheets of high quality. If you like the old rough look/feel maybe they are for you but READ the fine print. I didn't and it cost me over $100. Glad to be rid of the damn thing tho.

First there seems to be NO customer service. The button for live chat goes in a circle and does not work. The phone # never has a live person and directs you to the live chat. Get the picture? Have said that, Trusted Housesitters has been a life saver for me. I have never failed to find a good sitter for my cat (for a month stay or just a few days) and I could NOT travel as much as I do if I had to pay someone to sit my house & cat. I can post ads as many times as I want for my yearly fee I read a lot of the reviews by home owners of each sitter before I pick one. Unfortunately I fear many home owners do not want to be honest and ruin someone's chances to get another sit which is bad.
