After the support I received from DHgate, I felt confident in ordering another hover board from the vendor who delivered the first time. The day after I placed my order, that vendor sent me a note saying they were afraid customs would hold the hover board, so they cancelled my order. Immediately, I received notice from DHgate (and the vendor, Waylongplus) that my money would be refunded, and it was. I have no problem with DHgate, they have been most helpful. I would order again from Waylongplus, as they have proven to be trustworthy.
