I ordered a wallet for my husband for fathers day and after a month and a half finally got it in. I was so excited about opening it... until I seen the finished product. It was suppose to have a picture of my kids on it but the picture was so small and displaced on it that my daughter looks like her teeth are blacked out. Nothing like the advertisement looked. It looked great. I reached out hoping someone from the company could help me but get a automatic response first... send another email and get a response from irene who has no customer service skills whatsoever. She blamed me and said shes sorry for any disappointment I may have caused. You can't be serious that I'm getting blamed because of your horrible product. Such a rude person and I won't order from here again. I hope people see through this so called 5 star rating you have. Learn how to treat people if you want to run a "business"
