I ordered a skirt online and there was a glich in their ordering system and it ordered two of the same skirt on two different orders. When I tried to correct the error it took them two hours to get back to me. When I checked my account the next day I noticed that they charged me three times for the skirt instead of twice. I tried getting ahold of them again and they sent me the same generic message of how they are busy and will get back to me ASAP. I am still waiting, it has been twelve hours. I tried contacting them again and I received the same message. I used to love Zulily but after this experience I will never shop there again. I think they are getting too successful and no longer care about their loyal customers.
