Avoid these thieves at all costs. I placed an order on March 31,2014 for which my card was charged same day. Today April 8 their website still says that my order is unpaid and unshipped. Their online customer service just gave me a confirmation number for my credit card refund, so I am praying that my money is refunded sooner rather than later.

I have to explain that this payment is in checking status when you paid by your visa card. You have to understand that the bank will check the payment in order to make sure the security for the buyer and seller, the payment will be blocked in the bank when it is in checking status.
And we have tired to contact with u several times to confirm with u about this payment, but there is no reply. So the bank will refund the money if they can not get any confirmation. This is why we can just give u the confirmation number for your refund at 8 April.
So sorry for the inconvenience and misunderstanding caused, but pls remember to check the email when you shop online.
The money already refunded to your card, pls check and we have also sent u a 10 dollar bonus to your member account for next order.
