I really do not like to talk bad about any website, however this is absolutely ridiculous! I wrote a review about SammyDress not too long ago, and then they followed up on my review and really put in effort to help solve the problem. It took a bit of negotiating in which i was then satisfied and they closed the ticket that was open mentioned that I should see a refund on my credit card within 7-10 business days and that was May 5th, since then i have not seen a refund on my credit card and no follow up from them. They closed my ticket thread so I cannot message them following up so I sent an email to their support team which i was in contact with and still no response. If you plan to follow up on a complaint and resolve it then maybe work through it until the very end. I really wished I had never purchased anything from this site to begin with. Please do not make the same mistake I made.
