Keeps doing this all the time don't think its a good buy,don't know what I could do.i keep trying to restart but doesn't help

Most Dishonest company out there. Your calls go to another country with a different culture that could not understand them and they don't understand you.
After all these years that I gave them over $100,000 business per year, they showed their thru face. Pandemic put a toll on all small businesses. AMEX was the only one to lower my spending limit all the way ($2000 a month) what a joke. I took my business to B of A. They are very understanding and pro-business.
