This company's business practices are poor. They do not provide customers with tracking numbers and claim that they do not use traditional tracking methods for purchases under $30. There is not a customer service number on their website, so communication is limited to e-mail, which is extremely frustrating. I have not yet received my DVD, but I'll be sure to write another review when, and if, I receive it. So far, this new company is falling short of expectations for businesses.
Update: I e-mailed the company and stated that USPS requires tracking numbers for all First Class USPS deliveries, so they're either being dishonest about not having a tracking number, or being dishonest about the method my package is being shipped. I also stated that I hoped they weren't scamming me, as this was a valid concern. I asked again for my tracking number. This morning I checked my e-mail and customer support sent me a message stating the my transaction was flagged and my order canceled. I am upset, to say the least. The DVD I ordered was going to be a special gift. I e-mailed the company for an explanation, but have not yet heard back. Now, I really do not recommend business with blowoutflix.com.
