I have a huge library of 4K movies but I refuse to pay to rent the same movie twice, and feel i had been cheated and ripped off by Vudu and their fine print.
When you rent a movie from Vudu it tells you that you have 30 days to watch. But if you start the stream that $7.99 you paid to watch 4k movie becomes 2 days. And then it expires without any warning.
I am dissatisfied with service I received.
I purchased a movie rental for Men in Black International $7.99. I received an error. Was unable to watch it. A few days later I tried to sign to finish watching the movie and license has expired.
I called and asked them to prolong my license to which the refused. The issue here is that you cannot make customer pay twice to rent the same movie that they had trouble watching. Extend you subscription to at least one week for 4k movies, when you can literally buy full movies for $9.95.
Be wise if this strict policy I will take my business elsewhere and you lost thousands of dollars you would have generated from me.
I am just notifying you guys that I will never stream a single movie from you company again unless you refund me or prolong the license.
I rather die than pay for the same movie twice
You company is a ripoff scam. Attached is screenshot just showing you tip of my movie library and my money which I am now taking to your competitors due t on poor customer service I received.
And I will tell everyone else to do the same.
48 hours is not enough time to watch a rental.
It should be 30 days as advertised.
