“HP TECHSUPPORT IS THE WORST”

We purchased a HP printer about 8 months ago and it has yet to produce one printed page. Calling tech support is the worst experience of many bad companies. It is impossible to understand the so-called tech support people., rendering it utterly useless. I will never buy another HP product.

What good IS TECH SUPPORT THAT IS ABSOLUTELY NOT UNDERSTANDABLE
